All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed; however, a binding contract is formed only after dispatch.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your details are accurate.
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only. Delays may occur due to courier or external factors beyond our control.
DANIOO is not responsible for delays once an order is dispatched.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns: Eligible within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
Refunds: Processed within 5–7 working days after inspection and approval.
Defective / Incorrect Products: Must be reported within the return window. A replacement or refund will be arranged after verification.
Change of Mind: Accepted at our discretion. Two-way shipping costs are non-refundable.
Cancellations: You may cancel before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellations may incur return or restocking fees.

9. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, DANIOO products do not carry an express warranty beyond what is required under applicable law.
