Are DANIOO tote bags washable?
Yes! Our canvas tote bags are machine washable. We recommend washing in cold water on a gentle cycle and air drying to maintain shape and colour.
Do the bags have a zipper?

How much weight can a DANIOO tote bag hold?
Our canvas tote bags can comfortably carry up to 5–7 kg, making them ideal for college, office, shopping, and travel.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within India takes 1–4 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we deliver to most addresses across India. Shipping is free on all orders.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. A nominal fee of ₹99 + shipping charges applies. Please contact us at daniooglobal@gmail.com to initiate a return.
What if I receive a damaged product?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at daniooglobal@gmail.com with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 working days to your original payment method.
